Pryde + Johnson was one of Seattle’s first sustainable, residential, developers, focused on building high-end, LEED certified homes and condos in the heart of the city. Each day was jam packed with preparing all the marketing tools needed to educate the public about the importance of green building, designing marketing and sales materials for realtors, and collaborating with builders, architects, artists, landscape designers, PR firms, and beyond, to ensure that projects were on schedule, on brand, and aligned with our standards, and mission. I was the CD for 3 complete projects: Hjärta // Ballard, Florera // Greenlake, and Ashworth Cottages which was awarded the first LEED Platinum designation from the USGBC, in the City of Seattle.
